I found Josh through many referrals within my own personal network and cannot imaging having a better experience in this process than I did working with him. In this absurdly competitive market, Josh did an amazing job keeping me updated on trends and available properties, advising me on the process, and connecting me with resources to make this as smooth as possible. We hit some major roadblocks throughout the process that could have been extremely discouraging, but Josh had a solution to all of them. He is readily available to answer questions or jump to make a viewing appointment the second a property hits the market. To top it all off - we ended up paying over $20k LESS than asking price and he even found a grant I qualified for to get me additional help toward closing costs! Overall, you're not going to find a better realtor in Southern California than Josh.
